Coverage availability, rates, and terms are determined by insurance carriers and are subject to underwriting. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that you will be offered or approved for coverage.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this Site. By submitting a quote request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and about yourself (not another person).
By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box on our form, you expressly consent to be contacted by HANK and by one or more partner Insurance Professionals at the phone number and email you provide — including by phone calls and text (SMS/MMS) messages made or sent using automated technology, an automatic telephone dialing system, or artificial or prerecorded voice — even if your number is on a federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time as described in Section 4 and in our Privacy Policy.
You agree that we may be compensated by Insurance Professionals for delivering your quote request to them.
If you opt in to text messages from HANK: message frequency varies based on your quote request activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive a single confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of HANK's texts does not opt you out of communications from Insurance Professionals who have received your quote request; you may opt out with them directly.
You agree not to submit false, misleading, or third-party information; interfere with the operation of the Site; scrape, copy, or resell Site content or data; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and its content — including the HANK name, logo, copy, design, and graphics — are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites and services, and the Insurance Professionals who contact you are independent third parties. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY QUOTE REQUEST WILL RESULT IN CONTACT, A QUOTE, OR COVERAGE.
